Christin Coffin

Christin is truly the most superior agent I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of real estate, the Atlanta area, negotiation skills, attention to detail, partnership, foresight, and network of loyal service providers are all exceptional traits. And to top it off, she has a great personality. I have moved to many different cities across the country and have been a frequent investor, so I have had exposure to many agents. Christin is by far a star in the real estate profession.

I can say, without a doubt, Christin Coffin is the BEST realtor in the entire ATLANTA area. The story of how we found her is very unique. My husband and I were residing in the suburbs of Baltimore, MD. We would fly down to Atlanta at least every 3 weeks to visit our first grandson. As this routine went on, we decided it was time to think about re-locating to Atlanta to be closer to our grandchild. We were in a Delta Lounge waiting for our flight back to Baltimore. I happened to strike up a conversation with a woman who lived in Roswell. I shared with her that we were interested in moving down south, but didn't have a good idea of where we should look for houses AND we had NO idea of a good realtor. This woman said she could help us in BOTH of our areas of concern. She told us that she resides in Roswell, GA and that it was the BEST place to live for numerous reasons. She then told us about a great friend of hers named Christin Coffin. As soon as we got on the plane, I researched Christin and her credentials. I knew RIGHT AWAY that she would be our realtor of choice. It was only two months after that, that we decided to reach out to Christin to let her know of our hopes and dreams. Our initial phone call with Christin was a "homerun". I could tell that Christin was VERY confident in her abilities, a GREAT attribute that I think a realtor should posess. Christin came across as smart, decisive and direct. After learning of our "wish list", she got right to work and found at least 8-10 houses for us to read about. Although she was extremely busy with other clients, she made time for us to come to her office the VERY next day to have an initial meeting. We started this process in late August. My husband and I are both very particular and turned down MANY of the houses Christin showed us. Christin stayed positive and told us that the "right house" is out there for us and she WILL find it. She explained that as she got to know us better this helped her to narrow down our selection of houses. As we were approaching the holidays, I questioned how many people would want to put their house on the market. I was getting a bit discouraged. It was at THAT time that Christin found the house that we eventually bought. Because we lived in the suburbs of Baltimore, we could not fly down to see each and every house. Christin would Face Time us and walk through every room and patiently answered ALL of our detailed questions. She never made us feel like we were being too particular or that we were taking too much of her time. The business side of Christin was/is SPOT ON. She is so smart and knew the answer to every question we had asked. When we settled on our house (remotely, due to our circumstance), Christin had sent a lovely dessert platter for us to share with our family. She also had a hand written note to WELCOME us to our new, lovely home. (She also made homemade CHEX MIX, a very warm and kind touch). To top it all off, the BEST gift she gave us was for HER personal house cleaning TEAM to come in to our new home to do a DEEP clean before we moved in. Her cleaning ladies did an amazing job and it was wonderful to know that we could start unpacking boxes and move things into cabinets, closets, etc, knowing that they were clean. Christin did a fabulous job for us. After a walk through of our house, she gave us a list of changes we could do that would make the house sell quickly and at the best price. We did what she said, and it paid off. We got multiple offers, and the house sold in 3 days for more than our asking price. Throw in a ground-up construction factor, and there are so many additional moving parts - contracts, design appointments, inspections, contractors, deadlines galore, etc. Christin helped us juggle all of the moving parts of the construction schedule, and kept us so organized along the way. She went above and beyond, even helping us identify vendors throughout the process. She made what could’ve been such a stressful year something so effortless and easy. Christin is the epitome of a realtor. She is on point with EVERY aspect of selling a home. She took care of everything. Closed in roughly 14 days without having to lift a finger. Such a wonderful experience. There is nowhere else to look except to her.

I was worried about selling our house and buying a new one because my husband and I are both type A, particular people, but I needn’t have worried. Christin was a dream to work with, and just as thorough and detail oriented as we are. What I thought would take months and months, only took a couple months. We found something really nice in our price range (which was a tall order), and then we sold our home above list price. Really appreciate Christin and her team for all they did to make this huge transition as seamless as possible. Could not recommend enough!
